Description: The original developer, Cypress Senior Living, sold the project to SV& Co. at a discount to replacement cost. Construction of the facility was 95% complete in December of 2000 when the facility was substantially damaged by fire.
The building’s exterior is a combination of brick and Hardiplank siding.
