With 33 stories of exquisite apartment homes, 3333 captivates residents with its powerful location, romantic views, and unequaled access to the city’s urban pulse points.
Towering above Allen Parkway, this high rise apartment is topped with a sculptured metal crown that serves as its iconic signature. With monumental architecture, graceful interiors, and an abundance of amenities, 3333 is the city’s new landmark for luxury apartment living.
Description: The units feature a wealth of amenities and features, from 10-foot ceilings to hardwood flooring, from stainless steel kitchen appliances to expansive floor to ceiling window walls. Design details, such as the color of the granite in the bathrooms and the type of kitchen cabinetry, differs from residence to residence. Crown moldings, pre-wired surround sound with installed speakers, his and her closets, and arched entryways grace each home.
3333’s amenities included Doorman/Valet, 24-hour manned, access-controlled entry, ballroom, caterer’s kitchen, large conference room, garden cocktail terrace, pool with sundeck, fitness center, game room with large-screen TV and bar, private meeting room, concierge service, assigned garage parking, and enclosed climate-controlled access between garage and tower.
The project sits on a 2.735-acre site. The tower was constructed utilizing Outinard, or tunnel-form, construction; both the tower and garage feature pre-cast concrete exteriors. Outinard construction involves pouring floors and walls of concrete, creating “tunnels”; walls are generally thicker than normal, helping to reduce sound transmission. The extensive glass elements are of high-performance insulated glass with an overall thickness of 1″. Much care was taken to preseve the historical significance of the original Gulf Publishing Building, built in 1929, that once stood on the site. The frieze that now welcomes residents once graced the front of the Gulf Publishing building.
