W2 was hired to design and develop a nine-story, 472,500 square foot office building for Asea Brown Bovari (ABB). W2 provided an open-book, yield-based transaction to the tenant and delivered the building on time and on budget.
Description: The 9-story building was constructed with an architectural pre-cast exterior, energy efficient glass, and six elevators with a separate freight elevator.
The 5-level controlled parking garage with designated VIP and visitor parking offers a parking ratio of 1:250 rentable square feet. A covered conditioned walkway connects the garage and building.

The building is located in Westchase, one of the fastest growing business sectors of Houston. Located just east of Beltway 8, the building is within walking distance to several major hotels, numerous restaurants and shops within the newly renovated Carillon West Shopping Center, as well as several other retail centers.
